I've done all but one bounty and handed in all my tokens, all i got was garbage tier guns that i don't want or need. I want the armour so i can unlock the shaders and sparrow but the drop rate for armour is pathetic.

Armor doesn't drop through tokens bounties or playing.. U have to do the quest

Gotta do the quest steps to get the armor. Bounties only drop weapons

Is that the quest that he offers? because i thought that was for a gun so i didn't bother.
