Lololololol OMG.... I just got my second Cerberus ... I'm missing 10! Forsaken exotics and that gun is one of the only new ones I have apart from quests.
This exotic protection rubbish is just that....

I got 9 old exotics back to back, 4 of them old weapons and 1 I already had 3 times in the vault with different rolls. Dupe protection works great!
