The bounty for 20 assault rifle headshots really doesn't help. It means that people who normally wouldnt be using Suros are forced to, albeit just for a short period of time.

Forced to? You can do it with any other AR. I regularly do it with my Vanquisher.

Perhaps not "forced to", but most people bought Suros when it was available and consider it their best AR, so they likely use it.
