Is there a lore reason why our supers have a cooldown?

1 ReplyI don't think there is, but it's likely an order by the Vanguard or something to not exhaust ourselves too much, because there's likely repercussions for using Light constantly. The only point I can think of is Shady saying in Mayhem "Let's see what you can do with no limits". That implies there's a (self-imposed?) limit to us.
