By that logic nerf primary grenade launchers in pvp because a direct impact hit 1hks and deals the most damage of primary weapons. So long as whisper easnt the go to for everything the way gally was there was no need for a nerf

If damage potential is a reason to nerf some th inv then a ton of 1hk pvp guns need to go, snipers? They can 1hk! Nerf! Shotguns? Nerf! Fusions and nade launchers? Nerf! They have the potential to deal way to much damage after all

Meaning because it had infinite ammo it could pump out the most damage over time as other weapons run out. I seem to recall that darci out dps whisper pre nerf within the same time frame. Now whisper no longer has sustained dps - making it one of the worst weapons to use. Imo? A heavy exotic sniper with high flinch, high recoil that requires rapid crit shots to be good [u]should[/u] be one of if not the best gun - it's the hardest weapon to use well. Especially compared to spamming a boss with swarm of the raven and mountaintop which take no skill whatsoever

C'mon now you know what the difference is Whisper required crits to have infinite ammo and therefore be a top contender Darci does not need crits for it keep its engine going, you can fire, miss shots and still be fine

Darci is better at DPS. Whisper had sustained, but it didn't matter because everything died before so anyway. Now it barely has that, no one uses it. People barely used it before the nerfs. It needs a reason, its ammo was its reason. You can't sell the gun to anyone now

That needs grounds in reality, a real subject where it matters What is Whisper actually better at killing than Darci, so much so that you must choose it over Darci

Whisper does more damage in total on any target where you can shoot all uour rounds.

Any? Really? Why are several one passable with it then with roughly 18 shots? If Darci's DPS is higher, than in 23 shots, it should be able to perform the same, probably faster. So you're just flat out wrong.

It has been tested . Whisper deals more total damage with all shots than darci.

Total damage is completely irrelevant, by that logic an auto rifle is better then a spike grenade launcher because the damage dealt after firing every shot is higher overall.
