wHile I understand what you are saying. think of how many people go in blind the first few days or weeks of a raid. figure things out, learn and concur the raids. then the make adjustments as more info comes out, players find better ways and strategies until a solid plan is accepted by the majority of lfg and teams who run it. They learn through trial and error, working through the problems and getting ideas from videos, other players and even the posts on the web. The thing is, they are invested in their own success and look for ways to complete it. They don't wait for others to teach them everything, they are active in the learning process thenselves.
