Are you unlocking parameters or is this actually possible in DAO?

I may have used cheat engine with that dragon age origin one, but I just love it too much to resist posting any chance I get. The Dark Souls one is 100% legit though. I broke that game's character creator. https://imgur.com/kUOMj4B In 3 I made a butt.
