I just got into Kid Cudi so I haven't listened to that album yet. I've only listened to his most popular songs at this point. What songs would you recommend?

Any song on Man on the Moon and somewhat Man on the Moon 2. All others are extremely bad or just pretty mediocre.

  •
J Cole +++I like him LeCrae +++I'm not big on Gospel rap Logic +++he is alright. A$AP Rocky +++he is alright Kid Cudi +++love kid cudi 2 Chainz +++love 2 chainz. He doesn't blow the lid off of anything but he is a solid rapper. Lil Yachty +++I like him but I'm worried that the lil boat mix tape was just a fluke. And judging by his how bad his newest album is it looks like it might be that. I hope not tho. Famous Dex +++I like him. I'll be giving him more of a listen now. Futuristic +++not my cup of tea. He seems like just helps introduce people to rap.
•
Who is your favorite rapper
Kendrick Lamar is my favorite. He is able to send a message in a way that's not preachy like other rappers and he uses all tools at his disposal to set the tone of his song. He is also one of the few rappers that uses the entire album to make a point and not just a few songs. He blew out all competition with his album "to pimp a butterfly". It's easily the best rap album of the decade as of right now.

  • I disagree because I really dislike Kendrick Lamar's voice. I have started liking him more since his Damn album became so popular but I still can't handle his annoying voice. I think the best album of the decade has been either Logic's Everybody or J Cole's 4 Your Eyez Only. I really like what he did there but you have to know the back story to understand the whole album.

I can understand the voice annoyance if youve really only listened to damn or good kid maad city.
