The drop rate is no better, if you get one of those strike specific items with crappy perks makes the time working to get the key then doing the strike pointless

Pretty much, ttk loot rate was much worse at least imo and people now are like "give us 20 skeleton keys every week" (exaggeration: please dont take seriously) also bungie has improved a lot of the drops on other things too so there are plenty of good ways to get good weapons.

OK yes some people ask for way to much but god rolls pretty much dictate how the crucible will play out instead of making weapon drop more often try making the chances of getting a better roll more likely. God rolls even great rolls pretty much substitute for skill and if only a few have these rolls it's ruining the game for the rest of us. Doing all those strikes even with skeleton keys doesn't guarantee the weapon you want with the perks you want thats double rng I wish they had listen to players in y1 when some players where asking them to remove the effects of some perks in pvp activities

Yes, perhaps they should increase the chances of getting perks like maybe outlaw or counterbalance and decrease that of worse perks like guerilla fighter... however, weapons like the clever dragon are great weapons that can hold their own against god rolls and are easy to acquire when iron banner is out.
