Where'd you get it?!? Is it really an RNG drop from Strike Hoard chest? Good grief :(

Yup, I used my one key and didn't get it so I had to spend an hour in the heroic playlist to get another key. I got mine from value, but any strike hoard chest has a chance. Well worth it too
