I think the 3% they were talking about will make it a 3 shot

The 3% doesn't apply to holding aces, only LitC, not sure how that will work though

But they added more rounds which decreases the chance of luck in the chamber

I'm not sure if that's the case, they said all hand cannons are getting a magazine size reduction. Maybe the 2 extra from that will just bring it back up to normal, just a thought.
