What do you think will happen to the Spider?
I've been reading the seasonal lore books and from the looks of it Zavala may be willing to defend the Spider if Mara Sov seeks his return to the Reef. House Light has offered the Spider asylum within their walls and Zavala seems to agree with this action despite Ikora's reservations. I wonder if a point of contention will brew between the Vanguard and the Reef Royalty over this.
What do you all think will happen here in the coming weeks? Will Mara come for the Spider regardless of the Vanguard's authority? Will House Light defend the Spider and maybe seek help from guardians such as Saint and Crow? Or will Mara not do anything and respect Vanguard authority but tensions will increase?

Spider will hop up snap Mara's spine in half like what Caiatl did to that psion, then he steals the Ahamkara egg and takes it to the wishwall where he shall wish Crow never existed, thusly it is so, oh Eliksni Mine...

Spider has been letting his ego run rampant for too long. I'm glad he was put in check, and outside of our lore card interaction, it is now known he is terrified of dying and losing face. He may end up dead, or switching (not really switching, he has a for sale, highest bid attitude) sides. I'm more scared of eido...she is tampering with things, she is becoming more blatant towards her father, and enjoying the darkness a little too much.

Eramis kills The Spider .... or Mithrax kills the Spider for talking to his daughter Eido. Spider is cunning, so his death could be faked.

I have been of the position that we defend him, remember when Petra all but threatened us if we tried to come after Variks for his role in Caydes Death, -blam!- for tat , he may be a scumbag, but he is our scumbag, plus we need his resources, soldiers and ether Mara shouldn't always get her way -
In the second of the latest lore books Zavala and ikroa more thst mara does know he’s there but she’s busy with other things They also argue of just sending him to mara wouldn’t exactly sit well with some of the enliksni so for the moment spider is kinda untouchable politically and you know for sure he’s gonna abuse this fact to his advantage

Osiris will convince Mara to hold back whilst the guardians do something incredibly repetitive - probably involving throwing balls - for a few months
