I think that's how some of your customers feel about the lost sector reskin.
Not sure?
They paid for the Mars expansion
You took it away
You repainted it and sold it back to 'em.
Just sayin', something to think about.
-
Honestly I didn't notice, but this really isn't an issue 😂
-
It's more like you leased the car, the time on the lease was up, they painted it a new color, and then let you run one last errand in it free of charge.
-
I noticed the reskins of the lost sectors, but it does not bother me since these hideout missions are a one time play through never to be seen again. At most you will see them 3 times if you run all three characters. Why spend the dev time to create a completely new environment for an activity that is not repeatable at all? I would rather they spend that time creating new PvP maps (and Gambit maps after that).
-
Lol what are you even mad about? A mission they people will play once? Foh. Bungie has bigger issues with this broken game to worry about.
-
4 RepliesThe pirate hideout is free you goober
-
1 Reply1. It’s free 2. It’s for a short, non-repeatable mission.

1 ReplyEdited by BOSSNONO254: 9/2/2022 10:49:11 AMHmm, you have to ask yourself this. For all the old content that was paid for. And as much destinations had little to nothing to do. Could you really say that you’re agitated about them vaulting much needed content that has been replaced with new content🤔? I’ve been playing destiny 2 since beta blah blah who cares. And even I don’t care that Bungie vaulted content because either way, a lot of content needed to be put away because the lack of interest and activities they had. Many destinations had no relevance towards seasonal content, and even the EDZ has been showed mercy as that place has yet to meet its vaulted demise. Even after I restarted a new account on a fresh new console. I still wasn’t upset about vaulting. Because it just isn’t that important to complain and be mad about. Especially if they bring back old content in small increments, or items that were once vaulted. Maybe Bungie will add a legacy node where you can complete old content and visit old destinations. But who knows, as long as they don’t screw up more than they do good, then I’m fine either way. But ask yourself, are you truly upset that a “reskinned” lost sector, that pretty much is free with the season, on a destination that had only EP and 3 exotic quest which became obsolete with vaulting, that they handed it back to you and said here you go?
-
But they gave it back to use free of charge And painted it for free Space paint ain’t cheap you know

This analogy doesn't work. The car is a physical piece of property, the game is a digital license. You would be better off saying if the government decided to immediately terminate your driver's license and make you pay for a new one in full even if you turn in the old one. Also, it's a lost sector. It didn't have much value to begin with other than a few Rasputin nodes and Uldren's old ship.

Weekly mission is free no one paid for it
-
6 Repliesand those customers should find some other real problems to have, because this one is non-existsnt. The Mars expansion doesn't exist. Also, your analogy is wrong. Everything about this post is mentally challenged. I'll even fix it for you: How would you feel if you rented a car, returned it, then and the later on they offered you the same make/model car but in a different color? I bet you and these people would be offended they offered you the same reskinned car because you wanted something new for your road trip when that's all they have readily available. Even though that isn't even the purpose of the car, which is only to provide transportation. You somehow made it into them ruining your experience. You're just entitled and privileged. You should've stayed in school. Maybe you should read a book. Perhaps you need more problems in life, and I hope they become so abundant you no longer have the freedom to play this game.

Weekly mission is free

1 ReplyDon't see a point in wasting time and resources to model a completely unique area for a 2 minute mission you only do once when they have an abundance of older stuff sitting in the DCV they can pull from. Don't be surprised when next weeks is a Tangled Shore lost sector.
-
1 ReplyEdited by TonnoSenpai: 9/1/2022 9:57:34 AMi mean they are doing that since destiny 1 why is a surprise now? and you ar paying the skins from the pass tbh , they can totally sell the seasonal content for free but they choose to lock it behind the pass skins + is one 2 min mission and you will never see it again lol

2 RepliesThis is fake outrage.

4 RepliesWhat lost sectors are you talking about?
-
4 RepliesI mean I was like “really Bungie?” When I saw it but I don’t care enough to be angry about it.
-
You should see how many games reuse their assets. Have you ever played cod? They have sold players the same exact pvp maps for years and people are dumb enough to keep buying them. How many times has shipment being released? Or that shooting range map? Bungie doing this means nothing.

Forums users have very long arms as hard as they reach for crap.

First of all you agreed to your limited license agreement which stated this could happen. Second of all you purchased it a second time. Third if you didn’t purchase it it’s not your problem. But no matter what this is a dead horse the forums discussed so many times the last few years

It was free.. you'll live

33 RepliesYou dont own any content you bought. To be precise ypu didn't even buy said content, you payed for a licence so you can use it so no... They didn't steal anything

It’s not your car. Read the Software License you signed. This game is their property, all you paid for is the right to PLAY it. It’s like signing a lease for an apartment or for a car.
