Same here. Twitch says I earned it, but doesn't show in my Drops or in the game.

Same. I’ve unlinked and re-linked my account multiple times thinking that would resolve it. But every time I hit refresh it either doesn’t load anything or I get a message saying there’s an error on “somebody’s” end. Was hoping this would be fixed by now, but it doesn’t seem like this is a priority.

So I think I found the solution and I'll be copying it to everywhere else I've posted. Don't claim the latest prime drop quite yet. Instead, log out from the website here and use the link on the Prime Gaming page to un-link and re-link your Prime account to your Bungie.net account - it's linked under the #13 FAQ [url=https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2] (Or you can use that same link right here, but make sure you log out of your Bungie.net account first.) [/url] When you take the link while logged out of your Bungie.net account, you will be prompted to log in to Bungie and possibly follow some authorization prompts. At this point your Prime account and Bungie.net account should be re-linked properly. After that, I claimed the newest Prime exotic bundle and when I went to Amanda Holliday, every bundle that I was missing appeared with the newest one. If this worked for you, have your companion app ready to move all that stuff to your vault while you continue to claim it if you had a lot of missing drops.

this extremely bad support for something thats 3rd party free advertising
