does Bungie have any type of actual support that helps with issues? i have been trying to get assistance with twitch prime loot items for some time and in the course of trying to sort it out on my own my account cross save was disabled.
i have opened several tickets with bungie but they always respond back with a generic DLC fix when it has nothing to do with that, i have unlinked and relinked my twitch account several times but nothing seems to help. Amanda Holliday shows up on my HUD that i need to interact with her but there are no items for twitch prime.
having to wait 90 days seems way to excessive considering that eats up the entire season, without the cross save i am forced to start the game over from my PC or buy all the DLCs again on Xbox which i no longer use.
is there anyway to appeall this?

2 RepliesThe 90 day deactivating cross save is to help prevent let's say fraud. The twitch issue I haven't seen really an news on a fix but cross save has a reason.
