Can't claim Twitch Emblem
Follow the on-screen prompts while watching the showcase but it says that my accounts aren't linked even though they are unsure how to resolve this issue

The Claim button doesn't do anything and will be removed. If the emblem shows up on your Partner Rewards page, then you own the emblem. It may take a while (seemingly, several hours) for it to appear in your in-game Collections due to a queue, but it will eventually appear under Flair>Emblems>General. If the emblem doesn't show up on the page, press the Refresh button beside "Missing Twitch Rewards." If it still doesn't appear, [url=https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory]click this page[/url] and confirm that the emblem appears. If it does, then you qualified for it and just need to connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. If the drop doesn't appear on that page, you didn't meet the requirements for the drop.

Pretty disappointed. I see in twitch it says to claim in my inventory. Assumed that was destiny inventory. Waited because bungie can take time for this. Didn't see it 2 days later so decide to investigate more. Looks like I'm screwed. It was twitch inventory and it needed to be claimed there within 24 hours. Bungies own page when clicking on things says "patience is a virtue"..... Apparently not as my patience with them means I'm unable to get the emblem that I met all the known requirements for. It would be nice if Bungie addressed this poor communications on their side.

1 ReplyI also qualified but missed the time frame to claim :( I'm not familiar with this kind of Twitch drop and thought it would just automatically be applied to my linked account. Hopefully this can still be resolved for everyone else in the same boat!

I didn't even realise I needed to go on my notifications and claim it because I was watching the whole stream on the PS5. I wasn't fully aware that it was sent through Twitch notifications. Then when I found out the deadline was on the 24th to claim it it disappeared and now I can't get it anymore. The timeframe to claim the emblem was waaay too short.

I'll avoid promotions like this in the future. Seems like I didn't pay enough attention to deets. @BUNGIE: Just explain this better in the future for people like me please. Thanks.

4 RepliesI'm in the same boat. on the "partners" page it shows the emblem twice. hit "claim" and nothing happens. if i hit it repeatedly, i get the patience error.

Update from me. From Twitch and Bungie, everything seems to work but I can't claim it anywhere. However, I logged in the game this morning and I saw that I have the emblem on my collection. Check it guys, maybe it will work for you too !!

My claim button is grayed out, and nothing happens when it's pressed.

Same thing happened to me my twitch was linked for 6 years even checked multiple times before the stream however for no reason the bungie website said it wasn’t linked…wasted my time watching the showcase.

Can't claim mine either, it popped in notifications to claim, but never showed in my inventory to actually claim. Refreshed partner page, all the jazz, still nada

I am having the same problem I cannot claim the emblem. When I check the Twitch rewards and go to inventory shows a blank page. And refreshing the partners page hasn’t had any effect. What else can I do?

I'm also having issues. The drop appears in my twitch drops inventory but still says connection required even tho my accounts are connected
