If they were smart they wpu;d have done this:
tower armor max light level 31
VoG max light level upgradeable to level 33 (required to be competitive in CE)
CE raid gear max light level 35 (required to be competitive in 3rd DLC raid)
3rd DLC Raid max light level 37
Bungivision is incompetent, though.

There should have been a reason to do the VoG even after CE released, and there should have been a reason to do CE after the new one releases. It would have given everyone more content and would have stopped people from feeling their time was being wasted.
