where can I get a legendary engram I've been lv 20 for weeks now I can't seem to get one

1 ResponderGet your factions to rank 2 to buy legendary armor slots. (New monarchy, dead orbit, etc.) cost crucible points to buy 65 for armor pieces and I believe 150 for weapons and such(need rank 3 for weapons). Hope this helps, good luck.
