Read this, " like let's say you pick the level-22 Strike playlist – everything in that activity is going to be level 22. It's going to be consistent. If you're level 26, you're going to have some relationship to it."
A slip of the tongue from Bungie's Luke Smith maybe? This confess comes from his interview about the raids, but it's interesting to note he did point out players can be above level 20. From the sound of it level 20 should be roughly the end of the campaign, and then there's plenty to do afterwards.
Any one else catch that? I'm I bring overly hopeful/reading into it too much, or does this seem true to any one else?

7 RespostasThe level cap is 20. But with armor that has light aspect to it you can gain levels. My friend did the math and it looks like somewhere between 9 to 9.5 light is equivilant to 1 level

3 RespostasWe all caught it but we all caught it like 2 months ago when they started showing level 29 and 33 guardians lol.

10 RespostasYour base level cap is 20. That's the highest you'll get through acquiring experience. Once you hit 20, you'll still gain levels by equipping gear with the Light stat on it. The higher your cumulative light stat, the higher level you'll be above 20.

5 RespostasHahaha yep. There is a video on IGN's website. Go watch it, it shows a picture of a level 29 titan.
