And I'm not talking about unlocking it from the Vidmasters. I'm talking about how Recon was worth getting. Back when you had to impress Bungie and have them personally send you the armor to your account. The Recon Armor lost its appealing factor when you could unlock it through Vidmasters. Now since everyone has it, its just as worthless as any other armor set.
