That my friends, is a keeper. If there's a physical spark, chemistry or mutual sexual attraction? Even better. But someone who "just gets you"? Don't let them out of your life. As a friend, as a lover, as someone you just hang out with. People like that are rare, special and if you lose them? It's something that you will always regret.
