Just a question asking if you'll be getting the console on release date or not.
-
When Microsoft decides I really need one.
-
13 RespostasMaybe if they actually have some good, true exclusives. Their first party was weak last gen and while they've bulked up in studio numbers, they're all untested. And usually a studio's first outing isn't their best work. I think eventually I'll get one but likely not for several years.

1 ResponderFist deep!

I probably never will. I have no interest in getting a next gen console.
-
Dec 8, 2013!

1 ResponderGot it at launch, little miffed at the price drop and getting nothing for early adopter status, but oh well.

3 RespostasEditado por Karma: 5/8/2014 7:00:54 PMHonestly with my disabilities it has been a godsend. I of course expect at least as much functionality as the 360 and every bit of it, and that is a clear outstanding issue, but..... This in no way detracts from gaming on the X1, but what is invaluable to me is the way I can walk into the room, sit down, say xbox on, xbox go to cartoon network, xbox volume down, say goodbye to my pup, go to work, come home, xbox go to starz/netflix/titanfall, etc, bringing up a video on youtube (which is still KINDA clunky, but doable) and showing someone whatever the current craze of the day is, without hunting for remotes. Being able to use xbox one smartglass to turn off everything in the living room after I retreat to the bedroom, or just toe tapping the xbox symbol and knowing everything will power off, tv, receiver, xbox, etc. I have 14 herniated discs, and am in pain for life, my hands shake, my arms shake, everything goes numb when I sit on a couch, I bounce between a zero g chair and a couch, because the memory foam in the zero g chair acts like a fusion reactor, not that any of you care, but to me, being able to do all of this, and then say xbox go to destiny and just pick up where I left off, without having to get up, change discs (in those use cases where it is not needed), find remote controls, so on and so forth, have made my Xbox One the third most important item in my household next to my darth vader zero g chair (necessary), and my absurd tempur bed ( :( necessary). Just a busted dude's .02 -Karma

1 ResponderAfter a massive price drop or the release of a kinect-less bundle.
-
It does have better Twitch features though.
-
If my x box breaks I'm going back to PC.
-
Well now that the price dropped I'll get it when Halo 5 releases (plus with Titanfall, Halo 5, and Destiny on the same console, why not?)
-
Well, the price dropped. So maybe. It'd have to have some seriously nice title PS4 or PC isn't getting. (Halo 5 maybe? If 343i manages to pull off a comeback?)
-
When price has dropped, and when a couple of games come out for it that I love. I hope for Halo 5 to become good, and I want a Fallout 4 announcement. :)
-
If the master chief collection is real, I will be strongly persuaded.
-
Oh lol just got it today quite literally
-
Well this a old thread but, I'll comment. When I get to Alaska.
-
Who keeps necrobumping threads?! OT: I got mine at the midnight launch event and I didn't even get to play it that night because BF4 had to install which took forever and then I had class the next day.

When Quantum Break is released.
-
Had it since release day. These patches Microsoft puts out every month are helping the UI. So I'm sticking with xbox.
-
Now that the shitty Kinect has been dropped, probably for Halo 5.
-
9 RespostasThey already are dominating for games
-
I like what i've seen from the Xbox One, but fo me it comes down to Destiny. Since the PS4 is getting all the activision love for Destiny, I will be getting a PS4.

7 RespostasEditado por Ktan_Dantaktee: 5/9/2014 1:54:37 PMA. When hell freezes over B. If Halo 2 Anniversary comes out Whichever comes first. Odds are I'm getting the cheaper, better PS4 alongside my 360. Best of both worlds. I refuse to buy that polished turd until they get rid of that Kinect crap. I don't want it, I don't need it, therefore, I'm not buying it.

I want to wait and see if the next awesome game after destiny ( it will probably be a bungie game) is on Xbox one only if it is and it's a game I have to have then I will be getting an Xbox 1
-
Now that the price has dropped. I wait for actual games.
