Arm's Week Rank 15 Mathematically Impossible to reach without using Silver (or get lucky via leftover Reroll Chips from Heavy Metal or a Bugged
It seems that the daily quests, weekly quests, and reroll chips do not provide enough Rank progress to actually reach Rank 15.
Some players are reporting that they got a 4th daily quest that didn't appear for others, without having used Reroll Chips.

Others are reporting that they were able to use leftover Reroll Chips from Heavy Metal to boost their progress.

To make matters worse, participating in the event PvP matches grants no Rank progress, so unless you got lucky with the bugged 4th daily and/or had extra Reroll Chips from Heavy Metal, you're forced to use Silver to either buy more Reroll Chips or a Rank up to reach Rank 15 this week.
