Erm, a good connection in one game can be a bad one in the next game. The D2 "engine" and connectivity between players doesn't make a solid connection to the internet a good one, and conversely a bad one. At best it's just RNG (funny that....) with what you're pitted against. And usually, it's Bungie servers. Good luck Guardian.
