I think there's something wrong with the 'Scorn Stalker' Triumph.
I have only left 'Ether-Gorged Scorn' in the 'Scorn Stalker' Triumph. However, it was unlocked just now when I killed the 'Elder Revenant'. Please investigate this triumph.
