Why?

It’s a glitch/exploit that should be fixed like every other in the game, it promotes toxicity and griefing and does so already, also gives people over inflated egos 😂

It isnt really a glitch or exploit nor does it (in my experience) promote toxicity. Most people do it as to not waste their or others time.

It is an unintended interaction exploiting the dash of an eager edge sword and a movement ability. That is considered an exploit or a glitch. One experience out of the hundreds of thousands of players doesn’t mean much, and there have been hundreds of posts on the forums and other places that I have seen (which means there could very well be more) since the exploit was first found about toxic experiences with those players abusing it.

Those posts are people complaining that not everybody wants to take half an hour doing a strike. Also it isnt an exploit, its utilising the physics engine which will cause players to rapidly accelerate in a given direction if they are moving in while canceling either upward or downward momentum with its opposite. Also skating does not use a movement ability and if thats the skating youre talking about then its definitely not an exploit, its using a perk and then an ability to get a little extra speed and distance. Well, Bubble and Shatter skating all involve going upwards and downwards simultaneously while being pushed forward by Eager Edge, the upward (jump) is cancelled by the downward (Well, Bubble or Shatter Dive) and the physics engine just pushes you forward with the combine momentum of all three.
