When starting the game, a program was launched that was recognized as malicious, but before the game was fully launched, the program was turned off, but still received a ban. I understood the consequences and immediately turned everything off. I've been playing the game for 5 years with friends and only honestly. There was no malicious intent. The program worked for about 10 seconds before reaching the main screen. The program is not even configured to interfere with the game in any way.If there was no letter by mail, there is not even an opportunity to contact technical support to prove my innocence, which completely violates my rights to defense.

39 RespostasIntent is irrelevant. If that program tried to hook into Bungie’s game code (even if it couldn’t/wouldn’t work), then Bungie has the right to ban the account. If you feel your rights have been violated, then hire a lawyer and see what options are available to you after your lawyer reads the ToS/SLA/EULA agreements that you electronically accepted.
