We get crap events because yall play it
Logged on yesterday day immediately went to another game loot=sucks no incentive whatsoever to play

Haven’t played since January, bet I am still top 10% time wasted on destiny. Proud of both these facts. I’m doing my part. I don’t like the direction they are heading. I don’t participate anymore.

What’s great is that this isn’t even Guardian Games. It’s “whomever can stand grinding grasp of avarice for medallions” games. Another loser from the Bungie dev team.

Big companies don't last long majority fall around 30yrs it's a cycle. Sears, JC Penney, IBM all collapsed 30yrs. It's just get complacent and just looking for profit over quality over time.

4 RespostasWe don't get crap events because we play it, we get crap events because Bungie refuse to improve them. We had SRL, people hated it and now many of those same people want it back because its different to the same boring -blam!- grind we get every event. Too bad that will never happen. The resources they'd spend doing that would now just dip into what little seasonal content we get. Just look at this season, 4 weeks followed by an 8 week drought.

2 RespostasIf they have out ornament sets for completing challenges and weapon skins that would be dope Does anyone know how hard it is for companies like bungie, apex, and cod to make skins? I feel like it has to be pretty easy, and lucrative. Almost like selling bottle water for $10 and people buying it up like crazy.

Bungie literally has most trained to just except poor quality work, and as most just keep accepting the poor quality work, Bungie literally has no reason to try.

All the annual events suck and they always come back even if we didn't play them. It's an easy way for Bungie to show that they have events for different holidays/time of the year to attract new players. Why would they want to give anything new to players who already spent 200-300$ on their game? I mean they got the money already and we will buy the next expansion hoping the 2 new weapons are not reskins and actually good ( spoiler... that's not how Bungie works, we still rockin' D1 stuff ).

4 RespostasWe get crap events because streamers and no lifers blast through content in a day and demand more. They're like that spoiled brat from willy wonka and the chocolate factory, except they won't get sucked into a candy machine and have oompa loompas sing about how awful they are.

I won’t play it. Running the same 4 strikes with bounties doesn’t sound fun All for what? A reskin SMG with a acog scope on it? What’s with destiny adding acog scopes to 540 rpm PR and SMG? Super weird

If enough hamsters would grow a brain, they would actually have to provide content instead of these gloryfied cash shop advertising grind fiesta events. Their only intent is to sell cosmetics while keeping the little hamsters busy with boring, dull and draining long grinds.

1 ResponderThat's the point of the games. It's an easy, light hearted event to relax. You can do what you normally do while getting extra materials and drops. Hell, you can even take a break from the game, recharge before the new season.

3 RespostasNah. We get crap events because people buy cosmetics. If people didn't buy limited time cosmetics then these events just wouldn't exist, as there would be no reason for them to be created.

Instead of explicitly farming, people could just pick up medal quests, do what they would normally do in the game, and get a lot of free legendary shards/glimmer/upgrade materials for turning them in periodically. That's how I personally do all the events--let them run the background of what I want to be doing.
