I really don't get it? Why slow down the gameplay that much? It will make team shooting everything and gets rid of any type 1v3 outplay potential. I swear the best time in the destiny franchise pvp was house of wolves pvp. Such a high skill ceiling. This will make pvp so slow. Speed it up some.
