VoG Bitterpearl Shards Bugged
Issue: Missing 2 shards to complete the triumph.. Picked up the Shard in the Gorgon room then team wiped.. It didnt count me picking it up. Now the shard is missing and I am unable to complete the triumph. And also the shard in the right side cave where the crate is before Atheons door.
Tried doing a quick search but was unable to find a solution. Ran through with my other characters and the shards are missing as well.

1 ResponderGuides often label the shards in a different order to how they are marked off in the triumph. The shard on the right near the entrance to the Gorgon Maze (up on a ledge on the way to the secret room), is the 8th in the order in which you encounter them, but the 9th on the triumph. Likewise the one at the end of the maze at ground level, is the 9th that you would encounter, but the 8th on the triumph. I am sure the same applies for 10, 11 and 12. You should check both spots for the first missing shard and all three for the second one. Screenshots would be good, but the above usually sorts it.
