I've done about 50 div runs, I've never had that issue. I HAVE had the puzzle be gltichty, but never to the point it wasn't doable. Are you 100% sure that it was done correctly and something wasn't missed? There are 7 puzzles in total (the 7th being the big one with the 6 plates) you did all 6 before you got to that final one?
