Make the Resilence stat reduce flinch
Flinch in pvp is too dominate and dictates the gunplay in primary weapon shoot outs.
We need more ways to reduce it.
Each 10 point should reduce it by 5% so at 100 it is at 50% reduced without any mods.

13 RespostasFlinch isn't even a factor unless you're using a weapon with high zoom tho, and we don't need [i]more[/i] sniper hardscoping in pvp
