1 ResponderBest guess is either an unsupported app running on your PC at the same time as D2, or shenanigans in trials. The second is hard to verify since you've hidden your profile, which some will say is suspect. All you can do is submit an appeal. You aren't guaranteed to receive a response and in all likelihood, will not receive one. Very few bans are overturned.
