Hi, I am new to Destiny and I purchased the Destiny 2 Level 40 Titan Pack in the Playstation store on Playstation 5 and it has never showed up at the postmaster. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache by turning it off and leaving it unplugged for 5 minutes, and restoring licenses ( https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/games/restore-licences-playstation/ ).
