Stop ruining Heroic Events for others
There are some of us that still like to do Heroic Events, either for the extra XP or just because is more fun but some still ruin them for the rest. Either dont know how to make them or just dont care about it.
For those that doesnt know how to make the Heroic Events, learn it, on the internet are plenty of tutorials for that.
For those others that doesnt care, others do so dont ruin it for them.
We can all play together even if we arent in a fireteam together. Help each other.

I agree, I do like making them heroic. I even like the challenge of doing it before they kill the boss. The issue is loot/rewards. If there was a better incentive to make them heroic other than an extra blue or 40 glimmer people might do it.

You don't get a participation trophy or anything better than a standard PE. Sometimes you only get Glimmer for an Heroic Event. It's Criminal!!!

It’s just a waste of time to make them heroic ... there’s a couple worth making because they finish faster but nah not worth

Personally, I like the heroics, but not gonna get bent out of shape if someone else just wants to finish it fast. They have as much right to play how they want as the rest of us do. If you want total control over your game experience, play a single player game.

7 RespostasI tend to pick PEs that I have control in turning heroic. Like the cabal mining rig PE. I usually just focus on blasting down that ship. Another one you can easily turn heroic is the warsat event Ones I avoid: taken blight, tangled shore prisoner cryopod. Fallen walker is a hit and miss

1 ResponderCool tip, they ruined pub events for co. Normal 500xp Heroic 750xp. Used to be 2250xp and 3750xp You can earn more by killing 5-6 dregs than completing a pub event, totally pointless excercise

I'll keep blasting the bosses of any one that takes a long time until Bungie pulls their heads out of their [toes] and gives us something worth the extra time. Like that stupid one on the Tangle Shore. Sit there and wait for 12-15 minutes for a couple planetary materials and what 100 glimmer? No thanks. Lament the boss, ignore the teabags and nasty messages and move on.

Some don't know how, some don't care but every now and then you'll find someone else that wants to make a public event go heroic. Enjoy those times and forget the rest. It's not going to change no matter what you say or do.

I try to play minimum 4 hours per day, 8-12 if I'm not working. (It's winter here in Ontario so no motorcycle and with the lockdown the damned gun range is closed). I figure in that time I'll get my bounties filled, one way or the other. Most times I'm just happy to see someone else there.

9 RespostasThe same could be said in the opposite direction. Sometime I just want to get them over with, so making them go heroic takes longer and it RUINS my game play experience. There is no perfect right answer. If You want heroic and I want the boss dead in a hurry, only one of us will get our way. Sometime you win sometimes I win. Just move on and do not worry about it.

Using your own logic cant they say “stop ruining the normal public events” Not really logical or realistic to expect others to do what you want even if its not what they want. You wanting to do heroics isnt any more inportant then someone trying to farm normal ones as fast as possible (tbh neither one of thise optuons seem fun or worth it to me but to each their own)

Heroic public events aren't that rewarding as they use to be and they drop the same gear blue or purple as a normal public events

If i come across a public event i will observe to see if others are trying to make it heroic if not ill just kill it.....its annoy that there are alot of dumb people

If they increased rewards people might actually want to do Heroic, and I would be cool with it if they make heroic ones more challenging. And the Tangled shore ones take way to long for almost the same reward, no sane person going to do heroic on those ones.

4 RespostasUntil Bungie actually makes it rewarding to "heroic" public events, I just don't see players trying to make them heroic. I try to heroic them if I can, but those Cryo Pod events can be almost impossible along with the Brig ones(it's a hassle to shoot the drones with a controller)
