well that is new. never heard a google search on how to get a refund is wrong. but nope. clearly that was wrong. me so sry. my post wasn't a sarcastic jab at something you can literally google and not have to ask anyone else, it was a legit guess on helping someone (◠‿◠✿)

totally. I mean unless someone directly tells you "Hi there. For refunds you need to contact the retailer you purchased from", despite nearly any search you do it for says as much (xbox for xbox, PSN for PSN, Steam for Steam) nothing else other than a mentor on bungies forums tell you "Hi there. For refunds you need to contact the retailer you purchased from" would give you anything as informed. I have totally learned from this

you don't have to be proactive to know how to go to google.com and type in a search something like "beyond light refund" for example. but if it helps you feel important http://letmegooglethat.com/?q=beyond+light+refund there we go. heavy in the informed right?

You missed the point. I referred to googling it, therefore anticipating an obvious answer, as proactive - because it is. This user has been reactive, asking for instructions that will be given to him so he doesn’t have to bother looking.
