2 RespostasBungie needs to stop focusing on PvP. Let it be a side mode people play for fun and stop trying to make it more than that. Every attempt to focus on pvp has either been bad for the game or has involved bungie can't sustain. D2 Vanilla: Everything based around balanced PvP. Nearly killed the game. Nobody liked it. Trials of the Nine: Loot was bad, game mode wasn't fun. Nobody wanted to play it so this version of trials died slowly. Competitive PvP: Nobody every played it for fun or because they liked it. People only played it for the pinnacle weapons. As soon as people go the weapons they left. Pinnacle Weapons in Comp: The people who had the weapons like it, but bungie cried about power creep and said they could keep it up. Trial of Osiris: Despite having a perfectly good formula that worked in D1 Bungie decides to reinvent the the game mode and it's a trash fire. This is the second time they've screwed up trials in D2. The point is that bunige has failed to make high level PvP work time and again. The PvP community is never happy with what they do. And I would argue that PvP in a looter shooter will always be unbalanced. Unless bungie has some radical plan for PvP in beyond light I think PvP in destiny is just going to continue to be a mess.
