The EULA makes it legal...not right
Stop conflating the two
Many peoples do nit make the difference between legality and legitimacy.
Personally i am not against the destination rotation, but losing D2 content to get D1 content is a bad decison.

Sure, some of D1’s content is being added back in for free, but the majority of what’s coming is new. We have 3 upcoming DLC with brand new locations.

We are losing 4 destinations to get a new one and one bonus from D1, we are losing D2 content to get D1 content. If i wanted to visit the Cosmodrome i would play D1.

The destinations aren’t getting played, so there’s no reason to keep them around. I’d rather get new shit and updated old shit. They can always come back in the future with a new coat of paint, but until then, why keep them?

I did, those 4 destinations together are way bigger than the Cosmodrome. As i said, i am not against the idea of destination rotation, it can keep the game fresh and create a sensation of evolving world. But losing so much important content (exept Mercury) to get the Cosmodrome? It's not a good thing. Do you imagine if Diablo 3 would remove 3 chapters so we can get a new one and one from Diablo 2?
