We just got a brand new exotic quest last week man, you can't expect that every reset. That's just not possible.

I think his main point was the now weekly 3 hour downtime. Was never like this before and honestly, yes, it is starting to be a bit much. I understand that both my time zone and my personal schedule makes the weekly 3 hour downtime exceptionally frustrating. The maintenance always starts about 30 minutes right before my 3 hour free time to play starts on one of only 1.5 days off for me. By the time real life beckons me back maintenance I usually either still ongoing or just finishing. But regardless of my own personal circumstances, it’s still a bit much. I don’t think I’ve ever played a game that is literally unaccessible for 3 hours every week. It didn’t bother me at all when it was a sporadic occurrence but once a week like clockwork is really shit.

Things need to be fixed man, it's 1 day out of 7. Not the end of the world.

That one day of the week, even the specific 3 hours in fact, unfortunately happens to be my main source of free time to plays being a father of 2 toddlers and with a 60 hour work week, with all day Tuesday and half of Wednesday as my only days off, the timing of maintenance basically negates over half of my weekly available play time. Like I said, it’s only a problem for me because if my very specific circumstance. But still, 3 hours weekly downtime is pretty much unprecedented in gaming.
