Crucible, Gambit, and Trials need a rework and balancing. It’s all just trash. Season 11 needs to be a huge overhaul.

1 ResponderDestiny PVP has always been a joke. Change my mind. The quality of PVP we got is below that of middle market titles. These guys are supposed to be the king of FPS games on console. Yet here they are, a decade behind standard in nearly ever facet of this games design. The idea that PVP is bad now and was better before is pointless. It was never good. The fundamentals are flawed and that doesn't change, so the game doesn't.

man i’m just trying to do exotic quests for pvp and it’s not even fun i’ve been stuck on thorn for almost 2 hours
-
It’s fine
-
The pursuit worthy of the reward just isn’t there.

Editado por DaveWashington: 4/15/2020 5:10:18 PMAnd they should let other people join in when people quit survival at the very beginning! I’m fn going backwards again. Lost 4 to 3. I had 26 kills. My teammate had 18. The other team was 20, 17, 14.

3 RespostasDedicated servers....
-
14 RespostasComp seems awful this season
-
3 RespostasCrucible is fine we just need freelance classic mix to keep the Trials and 6 stack sweatlords out. Don’t play gambit. The sooner Trials dies the better.
-
The game* is in a bad state. Fixed it for you.
-
Oh god. Gambit PvP is literally just the Truth. They should’ve never brought it back.
-
SBMM is broken and garbage Late Games Games Start with 8 or 9 peeps CBMM Classic Mix is rigged Terrible PvP
-
They break up my matches to find a better match, but then match me against the same fire team of 6 flawless players. So much fun.
-
12 RespostasPvp is at its finest rn. Aside from trials, trials does need some kind of rework but gambit, comp and other modes are amazing and really don’t need any reworks.
-
Agreed, classic mix is the only thing that's remotely fun for crucible right now. We've resorted to just goofing off in private matches and its infinitely more fun than any playlist Bungie puts out right now. The whole game just turned into a sweat fest, which I get, just gets kind disappointing to have to wait so long just to get absolutely smashed.

Nothing will ever be good pvp wise without dedicated servers. Pvp sucked in D1, it's sucks ten times more now. 90% of the problems are due to lag and hackers and dedicated servers would fix most of it.
-
6 RespostasDESTINY 2 pvp sucks and honestly it could be so much better for players of all skill level if they did this one simple thing. Make objective based game modes, capture the flag, rift, king of the hill, stuff like what halo had in big team battle would allow for lower level players to feel like they can participate and have fun without being amazing and top tier players can master their skills in being able to carry games in new way with new builds. Honestly think about it like this, everyone is saying pvp sucks because there is now good rewards but I’d argue that it sucks because only slayer modes all the time aren’t actually that fun. Halo pvp had no loot and rewards at all and I would play it all day because it was fun and you had different ways to change up the game with OBJECTIVES, meaning that there is no need for skill based matchmaking as well because everyone can participate to a win. Why can’t destiny 2 pvp be more like this. Bungie please consider this, you made some of the the greatest pvp games ever, try follow your own example and make destiny pvp more like halo, I’d this is impossible for D2 and this point at least consider this for D3 and consider small changes for now.
-
60 RespostasSbmm needs to go from at least 50% of modes if pvp is to survive and keep players during this long pve content draught
-
Crucible isn’t that bad. At least the 6v6 modes. Comp is hurting due to a lack of a pinnacle for players to grind and Trials has it’s own set of problems in terms of rewards and cheaters
-
How long has this been happening?? Not that i haven’t noticed it but idk how long has been with that situation for others as well. Hopefully we can get some answers
-
5 RespostasNo, they just need to let pvp die completely. This is a pve game and is not setup for pvp anyway. Peer to peer connection, no way to detect cheaters, lag, disconnects... pvp and especually competitive pvp have no place in D2. Pvp is actively killing itself and the game. I say let it die and hopefully it dies faster than the game itself.
-
That is some constructive critisism. Lol
-
Lol nice feedback
-
1 ResponderMatchmaking needs a huge overhaul, how you can wait 6 mins for a game, to then have a 5 v 3 from the start is BS. Or be put into pub stomp matches just as they end. My favourite is "we're breaking up these teams" after a pub stomp, only to get the same teams again.
-
12 Respostasthis is probably the most balanced season so far as far as weapons ar concerned and supers. you can run about any load out and do fine without feeling the need to run meta
-
I’m bout to take a long break till September. If they don’t get rid of the gimmicky cheese like EZ mode sniping, Hard Light, mountaintop, jotuun, arbalest, sweet business, le monarque, etc then I’ll probably not come back to PVP. Bc it’s the philosophy of individuals who would put things like that into PVP that is making PVP bad. I’ll still play their raid, but PvP lost a player that never played d1 and fell in love with vanilla d2.

4 RespostasOn the note of Gambit what happened to "regular Gambit updates and map additions with the start of Season 6 and forward." ????? Like seriously
