Eververse has ZERO effect on the game. There isn’t one single item that you can buy with silver that gives you an advantage over anyone else. Crying about eververse is pointless.

Eververse greatly effects the game. It gets all of the dev work and time spent on it. The state of the game proves that. Shadowkeep was content light and boring. The seasons are extremely lacking in everything. Yet eververse is constantly stocked with plenty of new items and consistently updated.
-
They update armor like once a season and maybe some new orenaments here and there, hardly taking all their resources. Eververse didn’t ruin the game, bungies laziness and lack of creativity is killing it.

Editado por name: 3/2/2020 2:16:14 PMif it has zero effect , it needs to be removed just for this reason but you are wrong, eververse is psychologically manipulative and preying on people with compulsive spending behaviors , the whole game is designed to exploit human brain vulnerabilities
-
Says make destiny great again. Then says remove a huge part of the income which funds the game. Micros in games will never go away.
-
game sales should fund a game , nothing else
-
Doesn't work like that. D2 is nearly 2.5 years old. That sole revenue can't support a live game and independent studio of around 800 people for years. There's no D3 on the horizon and the money comes from seasons, dlc & micros. Removing micros would mean paying a lot more for the seasons and dlc. Micros help keep that cost viable with a steady income.

Editado por DriftedColt8917: 3/2/2020 2:28:23 PMDude that’s every single RPG ever made. There is article on article on how RPGs are geared to addict people by the rewards/level system. If people want to buy new looks for items have at it, it does not effect me in any way. You do realize that the entire purpose of marketing is to draw your brain to a product or service in order to get you to purchase said service or product, that’s just business man. Bungie is a gaming company, in game purchases are literally on EVERY SINGLE GAME now. If you don’t like it I suggest you buy a classic NES or something. Also it’s not Bungie’s job to look out for people’s issues and flaws. You’d have more luck using this tactic against casinos, as they do the exact same thing, but to the extend of ruining people’s lives and families. I doubt the eververse is ruining family’s and taking food off kids plates.

its different being addicted to a fun gameplay VS. being addicted to put real cash into a game you already paid for

You sound like someone whose dropped 200$ or silver.....,
