There's no reason why only one class (Titan) gets to have this option on every tree, but Hunters get only 1 option for it and Warlocks get none (Handheld Supernova is not a melee).
At least one subclass for every class should have access to a onehitkill melee. If you're opposed to everyone having access to this, what are your reasons for keeping a onehitkill melee to just one specific character? Reasons such as "it defines the class", "it'll make crucible unbalanced", and "Titans don't have much going for them" are not valid reasons.
Hunters currently have an identical melee to Titans as far as regular damage and range, except don't have a onehit (again except for that one particular knife that requires a precision hit while Titans just need to aim in the general vicinity), and Warlocks (while it is getting patched) have a much slower recovery melee speed and have been found to have slightly less melee range than the other classes during a frame comparison.
