Are Phoenix Cradle not in the loot pool?
This is the one exotic I don't have but it doesn't seem to drop from anywhere. Inspecting exotic engrams in the season pass doesn't show them either
Any ideas?

No clue. I don't own Shadowkeep so I can't get those exotics from that even if Xur sells them.
