3 Shards to masterwork exotics are overkill for sure. I'm about to get my first Exotic masterwork once I reach level 100(I'm at rank 75 a the moment).
Exotics are too expensive but everything else is fine.

I agree I believe. I have quite a few Legendaries Masterworked but no Exotics and I really don't want to masterwork too many with the total stat variations. Concept is good, but there are definitely kinks that need fixed in a few areas.

They definitely need to reduce the cost of masterworking exotics and maybe even make them have a chance to drop fully masterworked.

They are supposed to be something special and they should the way they are.

They've never been something "special" to me, just other armor pieces with some added perks. They vary from piece to piece. I've attained them all more than once by now, now I just need drops for stats and affinities now which is why some of use would like drops in a couple more top tier gametypes/playlists to be bumped up on Exotic drop rates. Just by a bit like maybe every 25-50 matches? idk

@FrosttheVII They are special as they give you this little bit of extra that can make a difference. I love both my Flux Raiden as well as the Wormhusk Crown. That keeps the thing interesting. It takes you a while to try all bits and pieces of equipment, unless you do Master Nightfalls, And Destiny is about the endless chase and stuff really reserved as rewards for special stuff. I mean, I will go postal if I ever see Xur selling The Whisper.

Destiny to me is just playing the game. I've been playing since both D1 and D2 Betas and I have everything in game. I have basically only used Peacekeepers, Doomfangs and Hollowfire Heart for almost a year now. They're not special to those who have already attained them. They become more of just frustrating due to lack of drops for some.

They need to bring up the Exotic drop speeds. They're so rare for me anymore and let alone getting two of the same thing within a short span is annoying. I 100% on possible Exotic MW drops though. That would help substantially especially if they dropped Enhancement items and Shards from dismantling.

More than half of the Master Nightfalls I’ve done have dropped an exotic. Also buying fated engrams will now reward you with armor once you have all the weapons, so that’s a good way to try and get the exotic you want with good stats.

Editado por FrosttheVII: 1/2/2020 7:33:26 PMBeen working on getting friends returning to the game up to PL for activities like that. We mainly run PvP and they drop like condiments at a cheap fastfood place in there(and to add we play lots of Survival and Elimination runs where I think they should have a bit of a higher drop rate especially with the different element affinities they can drop with. I enjoy the PvE from time to time but they're not high enough PL to do the cooler stuff.
