ROCKET LAUNCHER KILLS? WHY?
Here I am, actually enjoying myself in iron banner somewhat believe it or not. Scout rifle kills? Not bad. Shotgun kills? I normally like using shotguns so cool. Hand cannon kills? Normally use those too, this won't be hard!

10 Rocket Launcher Kills.
It is CRAZY how close you were to making a good iron banner quest line bungie. But then, did you just decide that the quest has to be terrible at one point or another?
Change the step or reduce the rocket launcher kills please. TY!

1 ResponderThe kills with the rocket launcher I found easy, but...... it definitely meant that did not play a team game and that is something I do not like about the quest. I’m not a holder of a quest designing diploma but why couldn’t the quest focus around being a better team player. For example a percentage backed quest where you get a certain percentage for something like getting kills while standing on a zone or a certain percentage for everyone your team gets a lock out. It’s not hard to make a good quest. Or at least I didn’t think so 🤷♂️

Seems like every ib since warmind there's been a bounty or quest step that takes way longer than it should, whether it was 100 orbs of light, sword kills, grenade kills, or kills with abilities. It's frankly just insulting at this point.

20 Respostasso many posts about this. as if it is so difficult to kill someone with a rocket. if you use the weapon type or not all types a fair game to ask of you in a quest. they never asked if little Johnny is comfortable with a weapon, it doesn't matter.

5 RespostasRocket Launchers don't OHK at certain levels. The only one capable of killing anything would be Two tailed fox, which is consistently inaccurate or Wardcliff, which is only consistant with the catalyst. Even shotguns don't OHK, which if you're getting close anyway, you'll get OHK melee'd. The PvP sandbox team's incompetence is going into overdrive this season.

1 ResponderWell there was a sword kill IB quest some time ago (it was before heavy ammo was shared) and basically only way to complete it was to run around hitting people with empty sword hilt lol. So this is definitely an upgrade but I can see how people get frustrated.

I'm not doing the quest because I don't want the same armor for a 3rd time, but I'd think Truth would make this step fairly easy.

Why is quit simple. It’s to provoke posts like this. IMHO 10 rocket launcher kills aren’t that hard, just play heavy the best you can and take what you can.

So just keep playing and don't worry about it if you're enjoying yourself. Put a rocket launcher on and it'll happen eventually.

The pro pvp players are loose in the forums. Being a PVE main it's not an easy task. I either die as I'm collecting heavy or I'm on the wrong side of the map when it spawns. I'll go 10 matches without heavy sometimes. This step will probably give me problems too.
