You're half right.
The nerfs are necessary.
Bungie making more interesting scenarios is also necessary.
just because you can't agree with that outlook does not make it less valid of a point.
they designed the game in a way where the players are allowed to break it. That is their mistake and they're taking the responsibility to fix it.
if they don't make the encounters engaging and dynamic and shadowkeep and it feels more or less the same like before then yes I would be behind calling them lazy and uninspired 100%.

I would agree with that, except Bungie, on multiple occasions has talked about player's 'power fantasy'. I don't see these 'changes' helping that concept in the game. This is where we run into the conundrum of "challenging" vs. "feeling powerful". Different sides of the playerbase want one, but not the other with fewer liking both. That's a balance that can't be upheld, since Bungie swings too wildly in either direction without thinking of how future content will be affected by those 'swings'.

Editado por Necrogen: 9/7/2019 5:08:33 PMWe have power fantasy and being scaled back - 5% is negligible. You still have 30% damage buffs 1.5 times damage on tether and now the extra buffs are not going to multiplicatively stack so we can't do a million + damage in one shot. There is a balance as you say as we all understand. the issue is that you have a bunch of deluded players here that believe that the current state of the character is fine because it's not PVP and they think that face rolling the game is fun. you need to ignore those types of people. easy does not equal fun. hard does not equal fun. challenging your wit and integrity is fun. make a scenario where you're on the moon and everything seems to be quiet then all of a sudden there's an explosion from a building in the back and you hear a scream or two on the feed. you're not told to go there but you're going to go there because you're curious correct? Maybe you're not so curious perhaps you turn around and say ooh boy helium filaments! And then the explosion starts getting bigger.. do you run away or do you try to see what's going on? all the while of course the music changes from something is quiet to something more menacing. Something as simple as that gets the player to act and interact with the game. What is having a thousand chains Supers going to do for anybody concerning challenge? Again catering to your bias about Bungie being lazy? Yes I know in the past they have been. All the same now it's a new expansion whether you're cautious or not they have a chance now to have a scaled-back and to create more treacherous and dynamic and interesting scenarios for us. I hope they really hit it out of the park because as they say Activision is not on their corner anymore.
