Like please? There are people who want to actually enjoy the game and play to relax. Not to break their controller because thats the 25th time they've been cross mapped by that Warlock with Jotunn.
I have like ten quests that require crucible l steps but I cant do them because I'm mainly a PvE player and the Crucible is broken to hell. Bungie themselves have admitted that Crucible is a mess right now. So why have stupid long Crucible quest steps? At least give non-pvp players alternative to complete the quest, even if its slower or whatever. I would rather grind for a week than step foot in PvP.
Inb4 comments are all just "get good, scrub" and "quit whining, filthly casual."

2 RespostasI think that with all quest lines there should be a pve or pvp option, personally I hate crucible and gambit but I am sure that a lot of pvp players that are not enthusiastic about pve. Hope you guys know what I mean, but by giving us a pvp or pve option would make a lot of quest lines less painful ,just a thought guys.

8 RespostasSee I would defend your point more if you had played more than 11 pvp matches total. There’s trying and giving up, then there’s giving up before you try. You’re doing the latter.

3 RespostasEditado por W33DEDPLAGUE: 8/4/2019 7:30:54 PMGoodness gracious...these complaints will never stop...even though the quests require 1 pvp step and 9 pve ones.. even though pvp players ha e to do pve stuff to gear...even though it's only part of a handful of quests amongst many...even though the solstice armor doesn't require crucible AT ALL. I don't know what else to tell you guys except get over it. Really not trying to be a jerk, but pvp is such a miniscule part of these quests and it's almost ways something you can do just by playing enough matches. It just makes "pve players" loom bad when so many complain about a tiny portion of quests involving pvp when 99% of everything earned in the game comes from pve. Plus, you don't HAVE to do anything that requires pvp, it's totally your choice. Either you want the item bad enough to suckered it up...or you don't. I really wish these complaints would stop but I doubt they ever do. There is at least 1 a day here.

3 RespostasI strongly disagree with this post I hate pve and if I wanted to grind the armor it would be way worse for a pvp player to acquire through the grind than pve player
-
try comp instead of quickplay, its easier than quickplay

6 RespostasAs I say, if you don’t want to play 100% of the game, you don’t get 100% of the loot, and crucible isn’t as broken as people say, sure supers are still running rampant, sure oem Titans think they’re good cause they have it, sure some beta life forms use ez weapons, but it get fun when you practice cause practice makes perfect, y1 d1 trials I could barely get a win but now I can hit legend with my team no prob, yeah it takes a bit of time and yeah I may haven’t gotten to legend yet cause I don’t want to play crucible until the end of the season, but again practice makes perfect, keep playing and then you will learn how to play the game better and slay out

3 RespostasIf you haven’t played a lot PvP, maybe try Rumble ? It’s a little slower paced and can help improve your 1v1 ability. There will no doubt be a seasoned player using a fusion or rushing with a shotty, but it’s not quite as hectic as a 6v6 game mode. I found Rumble to be a good place to try different load-outs. Good luck in upgrading your solstice gear !

Editado por BoyarD: 8/5/2019 6:08:12 PMNot enough crucible honestly. Give us some more armor, weapons, and maps. Give us some frequent sandbox changes too
-
And i want all raid weapons, exotics and catalysts to drop in pvp.
-
Destiny pvp is not hard to play. Once you understand the jump mechanics its an fps game man. Get good or get out

Editado por WHISKEYJ0HNNY0: 8/5/2019 3:22:32 PMI play a sh*t load of PvP and it’s mostly just to get the rewards. It is not fun. I’m one those that Bungie figures will add to participation numbers. Bungie has a funny way of making potentially fun things and turning them into sh**. It’s like one guy had a good idea and then his bosses came up with stuff to sh** on it. Edit: Rumble is fun though. If you lose it’s your fault for the most part and a win feels very nice.

2 RespostasWe’ll swap, you take my 100 mini boss kills, (without the cheese), because that’s a pain in the ass, and I’ll do your crucible kills..
-
7 RespostasAs long as they also put in alternatives so PVP players can skip PVE. Fair is fair (but you know they’re not gonna do that.

11 RespostasIt's all about your perspective. I feel the same for some of the pve quest steps. I enjoy more the pvp side of the game, but also understand the game has different components that all need to be involved into quests. Maybe if you like a pve only game, try a pve only game. There are a lot of them out there.
-
1 ResponderThere are far far more pve quest steps in the game that pvp centric players have to go through and 9 have never seen one complaint from them.
-
4 RespostasPeople that break controllers and tv's over a game are just kids . Even if they are of age !
-
4 RespostasSee this whole Soltistice quest has 1 required PvP part. And people still complain about it.
-
None of the solstice quests require crucible. The 1 exception is Masterwork boots. All that requires you to do is play not win. IB should have more Valor multipliers in it. Find some pals to chill and play with no pressure to win. You'll get it done. I'm more annoyed at the Nightfall requirements. I don't do Nightfalls regularly so I feel I'm forced to do that.
-
1 ResponderI wish that all mixed PvE+PvP quest were 50/50 of each. At least than I would understand people complaining about having to to do crucible.
-
1 ResponderI actually use to like crucible but it’s something about it now that I just loathe. Maybe I just suck at PVP, and I’m fine with that lol. If it’s required for a quest I just go die and get it over with.
-
I can deal with the average Jotuun user and the spawn wiping Striker Titan, but the Super snowballing definitely needs to be toned down. I would be okay with supers not generating orbs in Crucible at this point.
-
I tend to prefer PvE too, however, I still enjoy playing crucible (ironically I dont like Gambit that much). I see your point that some quests have mandatory crucible steps and people that dont usually play or dislike crucible can't or choose not to complete those quests. But I dont think crucible focused quests should have non-crucible related quest steps for player who dont like crucible. Those quests are supposed and intended to reward people who are good at PvP (and one eyed mask titans). And about the solstice armor, in order to appeal the most amount of players and still make it a challenge to get, putting in diverse activities is required.
-
1 ResponderI have nothing against mandatory PvP steps and i am not a fan of PvP, just against steps that backtrack, often by reasons that are out of your hands, like when you get a team that bails out and leave you being decimated by a team of 4, losing progress and/or rank that you need for the quest.
-
1 ResponderI'd be more butthurt if everything required gambit tbh.
