Handouts to people who need it? Meanwhile you've busted your deficit, and by extension debt, to further line the pockets of people and entities who [i]really[/i] didnt need it and propping up Farmers who wouldnt have needed it had you not entered into a needless trade war.
And the proposed balancing of the books is to remove the social safety net of people who'd be -blam!-ed without it, thats only needed in the first place because of the rampant greed of aforementioned entities.

I have no problem with helping Americans who need help (disabled, veterans, orphans, families who has endured tragedies) but many others are just taking advantage of the system because they are too lazy to do anything and feel an entitlement that they deserve a hand out. People hop the border get on government programs and get more benefits than people who have worked their entire life for this country get for social security. How do you think any of that is ok?
