You were all but assaulting bungie when they patched the pinnacle reward core exploit immediately. Now they are giving us two more weeks before they take it away. The reason to replay it is for loot drops. There was a fun element of actually being able to farm with some control over RNG. After the patch it won’t be worth it for most players. 3) The RNG is rigged in their favor. Every weapon you can farm Menagerie for has so many possible perks that it’s still just a slot machine attached to a hamster wheel even if you can chest run. 4) “Most people already have everything” is just a straight up lie. 5) The numbers aren’t up. They are down from D1 and from the Forsaken launch. 6) Check the numbers again in a month. What do you think will make players stick around this time? There is nothing. It’s the same game. 7) Players are already criticizing heroic as not worth the effort. They will run it till they get swords and triumphs then leave it empty like all the other arenas with a boss modes we have had before. 8) I wasn’t wrong. The player population was as low as CoO. Just to number 5 there. That's an absurd bar to measure the rest of this game by. It's akin to saying a movie is a financial failure because it didn't make over 1 billion dollars.

Well that can't be true. If it is, you must be willfully ignoring the fallacious standpoint of using the highest highs as a measurement of all future success.
