Scouts are so bad all the way around right now, and this is coming from someone who mained them in D1 PvP and was an avid user in PvE.
Damage feels subpar vs. both PvP and PvE compatanats when it compared to alternatives. Flinch is too great at range vs Hand Cannons, Pulses, and Snipers, and there's something that just feels off about the handling compared to D1. I can't tell if it's just basic handling, ready, reload or if aim assist (console) is also off, but in D1 I had several scouts I could easily land consistent headshot at range with that I'm simply missing with all the time in D2.
Feels bad man.

I agree they dont feel the same with the exception of mida I think it's the aim assist mostly but I'm not completely sure.

Idk I used to think that but I recently moved to pc where there is no aim assist and I’ve come to think that it’s just the overall handling of the weapons. Scouts in d2 feel bulky and cumbersome to use, with slow aim down sight time. This is, in my opinion why the mida is the only one that feels like it used to, it has that plus to agility and just feels more snappy and crisp. I feel like it’s the same change that’s been done with sniper rifles, the difference between d1 and d2 is night and day. They just feel so much more heavy.
